Frequently asked questions
ONDX covers non-clinical healthcare professional services: quality, accreditation, revenue cycle management, insurance, patient experience, and administrative operations. It does not cover clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your payment is held until you accept the delivery, or until the review window expires without a dispute. At that point the funds are released to the expert.
Each offer specifies how many revisions are allowed. You can request a revision from the order page while the delivery is in review.
If you cannot resolve an issue, open a dispute from the order page. Both sides submit statements and evidence. ONDX reviews the frozen agreement and makes a decision.
Register as an expert, complete your profile, upload credentials, and submit for verification. An ONDX reviewer will approve, reject with a reason, or request more information.
